Total outside spending clearly favors the republican candidate Ron Johnson. Over 100 million dollars has been spent nationwide by conservative interest groups to try and influence mid-term elections. Including a one million dollar donation to the republican special interest group chamber of commerce by Fox News corp. 

Americans agree that restaurants are not an acceptable place to smoke cigarettes, but opinion differs greatly when dealing with other locations like workplaces, hotels, and bars.

A second poll shows that most Americans agree second hand smoke is dangerous to your health.

Government Confidence

The public's confidence in the judicial branch remains fairly steady, but the confidence level in the legislative branch is at an all time low in the last 30 years. The current confidence level in the executive branch is only 9 points higher than the lowest, which was 40 in 74-75.
